How to Check Your ESTA Status If You Are a Citizen of the Netherlands
If you already applied for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), perhaps before you visited the United States the last time, it may still be valid. The ESTA can be used for two years from the time you received it. Our service can determine your current ESTA status. If you do not know whether your ESTA authorization is still valid, or if you cannot find your ESTA number, our service can answer both questions. Just click on the green button, and then fill out the verification form if you would like us to check your ESTA status.
Note: We recommend as a precaution against being denied entry into the United States not making frequent and quick in-and-out trips to the United States. You might be suspected of engaging in "visa runs," short trips out of the United States with the main purpose of extending the 90-day limit upon return.
To verify an individual’s ESTA status, we need the following information:
- Your last name (must match the name in your passport)
- Your first name (must match the name in your passport)
- Your date of birth
- The country of which you are a citizen
- The country that issued your passport
- Your passport number
- Your email address
If you have already scheduled a trip to the United States, please also fill out the "Your address in the U.S." section as well.
We will send you an email message after receiving your information. It will contain a PDF document that contains the expiration date of your ESTA. As long as your ESTA has not expired and is otherwise valid, you can use it.
